Since the domestic development of electric scooters, our company has also developed the battery of electric scooters, which is suitable for electric vehicles and has been introduced to the market. Our electric scooter battery scheme adopts mature lithium battery technology, with strong battery endurance. Compared with the ordinary lithium battery used in domestic electric scooters, it has the characteristics of high capacity, good consistency, stable charge and discharge performance, good cycle life, good high and low temperature performance, and strong seismic resistance.
Design requirements:
I. design requirements of electric scooter battery:
According to the product specifications and customer requirements, the supporting electric scooter battery is designed to integrate high-specification safety performance, battery power, good charge and discharge performance, and outstanding long-term reliability functions into the solution.
II. Battery design scheme of electric scooter:
1) protection board (PCM): it is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery packs, which can provide protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over-current and over temperature for lithium batteries.
2) protection IC: the main protection function chip of the design scheme. Monitor the function of the cell, so that the cell can work in a safe, stable and efficient range. The main IC chip has fixed protection parameters to match with 18650 cells, and can detect the voltage and temperature of each battery from time to time.
3) overcurrent protection sheet (fuse): mainly designed for secondary protection function. Fuse fuse has overcurrent protection function. Fuse in battery products can prevent unsafe high current charging and discharging of battery.
4) lithium battery: 18650/2500mah/3.7v lithium battery
5) field effect transistor (MOSFET): MOSFET plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
6) battery pack packaging: the outer packaging can be made according to customer needs.
7) seismic performance: 18650 battery special support is used inside the battery, which has reached super seismic performance.
