Since the domestic development of POS machines, our company has also done the development and experiments of POS batteries, which are suitable for most POS machines. Our battery scheme adopts mature lithium battery technology, which has strong battery endurance. Compared with ordinary lithium batteries used in China, it has the characteristics of high capacity, high safety performance, stable charge and discharge performance, good cycle life, good high and low temperature performance, and strong seismic resistance.
Design requirements:
I. design requirements for POS battery:
According to the product specifications and customer requirements, the battery supporting the host is designed, and the plug and PCM can be customized to integrate high-specification safety performance, good charge and discharge performance, and outstanding long-term reliability functions into the solution.
II. POS battery design scheme:
1) protection board (PCM): it is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery packs, which can provide overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, overcurrent and other protection functions for lithium batteries.
2) Protection IC: the main protection function chip of the design scheme. The function of the electric core is monitored from time to time, so that the electric core can work in a safe, stable and efficient range. Make the battery not overcharged, over discharged, etc.
3) lithium battery: 18650/2200mah/3.7v lithium battery
5) field effect transistor (MOSFET): MOSFET plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
6) battery pack packaging: the outer packaging can be made according to customer needs.
7) seismic performance: the battery is wrapped with PVC heat shrinkable film, which has reached super seismic performance.
